Since Heartfelt Hugs by Madelene Cares is a new organization created and founded by a 12 year old, we would love some help - no matter how big or small! We are always collecting small toys, hats, t-shirts, etc. for siblings ages 8-16. If your company has an event and ends up with extra marketing materials (frisbees, cups, etc.), we can put those into little goody bags for each child. If you have tickets to events or venues in the Boulder, Broomfield, Westminster, Lafayette, Niwot, Louisville area, we are happy to accept them. She is also needing food donations for her summer picnic events. Currently, Madelene is working very hard hitting the pavement and literally calling establishments for donations of tickets so any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone would like to help make calls for donations of movie, skate, pool, etc tickets, we can always use those talents as well.
We have our big fundraiser on June 15, 2019, which is open to the public. It is going to be a MURDER MYSTERY Dinner at the Broomfield Grange. We have 50 tickets available for $45 each which includes, drinks, dinner, silent auction and a FUN NIGHT of MURDER MYSTERY! We are in need of food, drink and silent auction items to make this a profitable night so please let us know if you have anything to donate or contacts for sponsorship. We also need adult volunteers that evening to help run the silent auction and setup. PLEASE NOTE: WE have found a match for up to $2000 so every dollar donated will be doubled!!!
